摘    要:采用POD同工酶和RAPD技术对辣椒7个亲本和6个杂交组合进行遗传差异和亲缘关系的研究,结果表明:不同辣椒品系扩增出4~7条POD同工酶带,其中相同酶带在部分材料间表现的强弱有所不同;经聚类分析,可把13个不同辣椒品系分为6个大类。经RAPD扩增,10条引物共扩增出103条带,平均每个引物10.3条;13个不同辣椒品系可分为7个大类,其中有4组与同工酶的分类相同。因此,POD同工酶技术和RAPD技术都可进行辣椒杂种优势的划分且可以互补,但RAPD标记检测的多态性要高于POD同工酶标记。

Abstract:Genetic diversity and relationship among seven parents and six hybrid combinations of pepper were analyzed by POD isoenzyme and RAPD technique in the experiment.The results showed that 4-7 bands of POD isoenzyme in different pepper strains could be amplified,but some same bands were shown differently in different pepper strains.13 different pepper strains could be classified into six types through cluster analysis.Moreover,10 se1ected arbitrary primers could amplify 103 polymorphic RAPD fragments and averag...
