高等学校党校培训内容和方法创新探析

党校培训工作是高校党校工作的核心,目前高校的党校培训在教学理念、教学方式上都有了较大的发展,对学员的培训也具有一定的针对性和实效性,但随着社会环境的变化、教学资源的发展及教学理念的更新等,对高校党校培训的内容及培训的方式予以创新显得尤为必要。通过对当前高校党校培训工作中日常教育管理时渗透不足、党课设置多样性安排缺乏及对学员综合能力培养不足等现状进行分析思考,继而提出了将党校培训工作与日常考察相结合创新办学理念、必修课与选修课相结合创新培训模式、校内党校优势与社区党校优势相结合创新教学手段、网络资源与传统考试资源相结合创新考试方式等改进对策。
