紫草素等8种植物提取物对体外Hela细胞增殖的影响

将不同浓度的6种新疆地产植物提取物：枸杞多糖、紫草素、番茄红素、辣椒红素、红花红素和红花黄素,以及紫杉醇和香菇多糖加入Hela细胞培养液中,研究其对人Hela细胞增殖的影响。结果表明,在低于250μg/mL浓度时,只有紫杉醇和紫草素对体外Hela细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用。加入紫杉醇（3.9μg/mL）或紫草素（62.5μg/mL）培养72 h后,细胞全部消失。而枸杞多糖、番茄红素、辣椒红素、红花红素、红花黄素、香菇多糖对Hela细胞的增殖无明显影响。

Effects of 8 Plant Extracts on Hela Cell Multiplication in Vitro

The effect of six Xinjiang local plant extracts with different concentrations,including L.barbarum polysaccharides,shikonin,lycopene,capsicum red pigment,safflower red,safflower yellow,paclitaxe and lentinan added into Hela cell culture fluid on the Hela cell multiplication was studied.The results showed that paclitaxe and shikonin had significant inhibiting effect on the in vitro Hela cell multiplication,only when the concentration was lower than 250 μg/mL.After 72 h of culture,the cells were totally disappeared when 3.9 μg/mL of paclitaxe or 62.5 μg/mL of shikonin were added.However,other extracts including L.barbarum polysaccharides,lycopene,capsicum red pigment,safflower red,safflower yellow and lentinan had no significant effect on the Hela cell multiplication.
