| 摘 要： | 利用红外光谱和分光光度法对肉苁蓉中的D-甘露醇进行了定性和定量研究,提出了肉苁蓉中D-甘露醇的提取工艺流程,通过结晶法得到白色粉末状的甘露醇晶体,经肉苁蓉甘露醇提取工艺获得的甘露醇得率为2.9%。

| Abstract: | A qualitative and quantitative analysis of D-mannitol from Cistanche deserticola was conducted by using infrared spectroscopy and spectrophotometry,D-mannitol extraction process was also presented.Through crystallization method,the white powder of D-mannitol crystal from Cistanche deserticola was obtained,and its obtaining rate reached to 2.9%. |
