食药用真菌翅鳞伞菌丝体蛋白活性的研究

摘    要:对翅鳞伞菌丝体的胞内粗蛋白进行分离、纯化、筛选,获得了抗水稻纹枯病菌的翅鳞伞纯化菌丝体蛋白PSPB-2。通过荧光显微镜观察PSPB-2对人肺癌细胞株(A549)的影响,发现PSPB-2会引起A549出现典型的细胞凋亡现象。进一步研究发现PSPB-2有限制性核酸内切酶的活性。说明菌丝体蛋白PSPB-2具有抗真菌作用的同时又具有抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract:Mycelium protein PSPB-2 was separated,purified and screened from the mycelium proteins of Pholiota squarrosa.PSPB-2 remarkably inhibited the human lung cancer cell line A549 through observation by fluorescence microscope.PSPB-2 had antifungal activity to A549.And the further research showed that PSPB-2 had inhibition to endonuclease.So mycelium protein PSPB-2 had the antitumor activity as well as antifungal activity.
