龟鳖类动物热休克蛋白研究进展

摘    要:介绍了热休克蛋白(HSP)的分类、特点及生物学功能,总结了近年来龟鳖类动物HSP在抗缺氧机制、性别决定机制、组织表达特异性及免疫调节方面的研究进展,并讨论了中华鳖HSP研究的意义和前景。

Abstract:In this paper,the classification,characteristics and biological functions of heat shock protein(HSP) were introduced,the research advances in the anoxia-resistant mechanism,sex determination mechanism,tissue expression speciality and immune regulation of HSP in terrapin animals in recent years were summarized,and the significance and prospects of Trionyx sinensis HSP researches were discussed.
