摘    要:利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对毛桃 2 0个品种进行基因组DNA多态性分析 ,利用筛选出的14个 10碱基随机引物共扩增出 181条带 ,其中 14 3条具有自身特征性标记 ,利用这些DNA片段 ,按UPGMA法进行聚类分析 ,并建立树状图。在遗传距离 0 .70 2以上 ,将供试的 2 0个桃品种分为 5类 ,从分子生物学角度为桃种质的保存和育种提供理论依据

Abstract:Random amplified polymorphics DNA (RAPD) technique was used to analyze the genetic relationship of 20 species of peach (Prunus persica L.) and its relatives. Fourteen decanucleotide arbitrary primers were selected and 181 DNA fragments were generated, 143 of which were polymorphic. These fragments were used in the analysis of the relationship of the 20 species. A tree diagram was constructed by using UPGMA methods based on their genetic distance. Twenty varieties are divided into five types from the genetic distance 0.702. The studies provide theoretical basis for variety-keeping and breeding from molecular biology basis.
