2013~2015年黑龙江省马铃薯晚疫病菌群体结构研究

摘    要:从交配型、甲霜灵敏感性和生理小种组成上研究黑龙江省马铃薯主产区晚疫病菌群体结构.试验材料采自2013 ~2015年黑龙江省齐齐哈尔、绥化、哈尔滨和佳木斯地区马铃薯大田.交配型测定结果表明,在132株菌株中,A1交配型占总菌株68.18%,A2交配型占总菌株31.82%;甲霜灵敏感性测定结果显示,在127株菌株中,敏感性菌株、中抗菌株、高抗菌株分别占17.32%、4.72%、77.95%;在84个晚疫病菌株中,共鉴定出37个生理小种类型,生理小种类型趋于复杂,其中优势小种为1.3.4.7.9.10.研究可为黑龙江省马铃薯晚疫病有效防控提供理论依据.

Abstract:In this research,the population structures,including mating type,metalaxyl sensitivity and virulence,were determined for the isolates collected from potato plants in Suihua,Qiqihar,Harbin and Jiamusi cities in Heilongjiang Province during 2013-2015.The mating type test showed that A1 mating type accounted for 68.18%,and A2 mating type accounted for 31.82% in 132 tested isolates.Metalaxyl sensitivity test demonstrated that in 127 isolates,sensitive,intermediate and resistant isolates accounted for 17.32%,4.72% and 77.95%,respectively.In 84 tested isolates,totally 37 physiological races were identified,suggesting that physiological races tended to be more complicated,and the dominant race was 1.3.4.7.9.10.These results provided scientific basis for effectively controlling potato late blight in Heilongjiang Province.
