摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定奶粉中三聚氰胺含量,以进行不确定度评定分析。试验建立了不确定度的数学模型,对整个测量过程中所产生的不确定度分量进行分析和计算。结果表明,当奶粉中三聚氰胺含量为266.6 mg.kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为16.1 mg.kg-1。此方法适用于评定HPLC法测定奶粉中三聚氰胺含量的测量不确定度。

Abstract:The mathematical model was constructed to estimate the uncertainty in measuring the residual quantity of melamine in milk powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in this paper.By analyzing and quantifying the components of uncertainty in the whole measuring process,it was concluded that the expanded uncertainty was 16.1 mg.kg-1 while the content of melamine was 266.6 mg.kg-1.The results showed that this method was suited to measure the uncertainty in measuring the residual quantity of melamine in m...
