摘    要:从感染鳜鱼病毒(Siniperca chuatsi virus)的鳜鱼中分离病毒,提纯核酸作模板,用8种带酶切位点的引物,进行病毒酸随机扩增,探讨了在多聚酶链反应(RCR)过程中,引物长度,Mg^2 浓度和生温度对获得扩增带谱的影响。

Abstract:Virual nuclei acid was isolated from the mandarin fish infected \%Siniperea chuatsi virus\% (SCV). The nucleic acid was used as PCR templet after purified from low melting agros. Eight random primers containing enzyme position were used to amplify SCV genome in this experiment. Influence of primer length, concentrotion of Mg 2+ , temperature on annealing was studied during PCR.
