西洋参和蜂花粉细粉及超微粉组织特征扫描电镜观察

摘    要:将西洋参和蜂花粉分别进行常规粉碎和超微粉碎,利用扫描电镜对2种不同粉碎方式得到的粉末进行观察,比较2种中药细粉和超微粉形态学上的差异。结果表明:超微粉末颗粒变小,大小均匀,电镜下观察,绝大多数细胞壁破裂,基本无完整细胞存在。

Abstract:The characteristics of conventional fine powder and ultra-micro powder of Panax quinquefolium and bee pollen were surveyed with scanning electronic microscope. The results indicated that ultra-micro powder particles of Panax quinquefolium and bee pollen were more uniform in shape and became smaller in size, the great majority of whose cells were broken.
