人参种子生理休眠中理化性状的研究

摘    要:本实验是对生理休眠过程中,人参种子理化性状所做的分析研究。实验结果表明,呼吸强度、酯酶同工酶是其休眠存在与解除的重要的阶段性标志;其它指标在表观上与休眠的关系不大,但从综合呼吸强度、总糖含量、异柠檬酸裂解酶活力的动态可得出结论,此休眠期间的代谢活动,以脂肪代谢为主;而综合呼吸强度、过氧化物酶活力、RNA含量在2~4周的表现,可以认为此期间,种子内部发生了与休眠解除关系重大的转变。

Abstract:This study dealt with the behavior of Ginseng seeds during dormacy. The results indicated that the respiratory rate and esterase isoenzyme were important symbols for the dormacy existing and breaking; some other targets were also related slightly to the dormacy, but the metabolism substances in Ginseng seeds could be drawn from the respiratory rate, total sugar content and isocitric acid lyase activities. Summing up the increased phenomena of the respiratory rate, per-oxidase activity and DNA content in the 2 to 4 week, it could be sure that the critical events about the dormacy breaking had happened in this term.
