| 摘 要： | 从农业科研单位人力资源流失的现状入手,对人才流失的特征和原因进行分析和研究,提出农业科研单位人才流失的风险识别,有针对性的从管理制度、团队文化、岗位设置、人才信息管理和人才梯队建设等5个方面提出应对农业科研单位人才流失风险的管理对策。 |
