摘    要:用HPLC法测定菌株S 15发酵液中Zygosporin D(乙酰基细胞松弛素D)的含量。色谱条件为:Kromasil-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 m),柱温25℃,流动相乙腈-水(体积比40:60),流速(1.0 mL/min),检测波长(216nm)。标准曲线回归方程:Y=0.409 03X+1.547 7,r=0.999 8,Zygosporin D回收率为100.5%。实验证明该方法稳定可靠,精密度高,重现性好,简单可行,适用于Zygosporin D的分析检测。

Abstract:HPLC was used to determine the content of Zygosporin D in S15 fermentation liquor.The sample was analyzed on Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 m) at 25℃ with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile-water(40∶60),the flow rate of(1.0 mL/min),and the detection wave length of 216 nm.The calibration curve equation was Y=0.409 03X+1.4653(r=0.999 8).A recovery rate of 100.5% was achieved.The results proved that this method was suitable for detecting Zygosporin D with good stability,high precision,strong reproducibility,and simple operation.
