The Main Points of Haploid Technology and Its Application in Maize Breeding |

| Abstract: | This article is a brief introduction of haploid techniques concept, process, optimization and its application in maize breeding,to improve in maize haploid technical knowledge and understanding for corn breeding researchers.Maize haploid technology can greatly shorten time to get corn inbred lines,to accelerate innovation cycles of improvement and utilization of corn germplasm ,to provide possible for the rapid realization of breeding goals.Maize haploid breeding technology is the core of the future of corn breeding technology, the optimization of each link is the main way to improve the efficiency of the technology. |
