摘要: 简要介绍玉米单倍体技术的概念、流程、优化内容及其在玉米育种中的应用情况,增进玉米育种研究人员对玉米单倍体技术的认识与了解。玉米单倍体技术可以大大缩短玉米自交系纯化代数,加速种质资源的改良利用创新周期,为育种目标的快速实现提供可能。玉米单倍体育种技术是未来玉米育种中的核心技术,各个环节的优化是提高该技术效率的主要途径。

Abstract: This article is a brief introduction of haploid techniques concept, process, optimization and its application in maize breeding,to improve in maize haploid technical knowledge and understanding for corn breeding researchers.Maize haploid technology can greatly shorten time to get corn inbred lines,to accelerate innovation cycles of improvement and utilization of corn germplasm ,to provide possible for the rapid realization of breeding goals.Maize haploid breeding technology is the core of the future of corn breeding technology, the optimization of each link is the main way to improve the efficiency of the technology.
