山东省野生大豆种质资源保护利用现状分析

为今后更好地指导野生大豆保护与利用工作,总结了山东省野生大豆种质资源原生境保护、资源收集与异位保存情况以及在饲草和育种方面的利用现状;分析了当前保护利用中存在的一系列问题,如原生境受到严重破坏,知识产权保护力度和重视程度不够,利用研究水平有待于提高等;提出了加快山东省野生大豆种质资源保护与利用的对策建议,以期为开展农作物种质资源保护与利用工作提供参考。

Protection and Utilization of Wild Soybean Germplasm Resources in Shandong Province

To provide a better reference for conservation and utilization of wild soybean (Glycine soja), this study summarized the status of in- situ conservation, resource collection and ex- situ conservation of the germplasm resources of wild soybean in Shandong Province, as well as wild soybean utilization in forage and breeding. It analyzed a series of problems existing in current protection and utilization, such as, serious damages in original habitats, insufficient attention and efforts to the protection of intellectual property rights, and research potential of the germplasm utilization. This study pointed out the strategies concerning the accelerated conservation and utilization of germplasm resources of wild soybean in Shandong Province, with an attempt to provide a reference for the conservation and utilization of crop germplasm resources.
