载体催化剂上环氧菜籽油的制备

目的]讨论在载体试剂催化下生成环氧菜籽油增塑剂的反应条件。方法]通过正交试验，确定最佳反应条件。结果]最佳条件为：载体催化剂用量为菜籽油用量的6％，双氧水用量为菜籽油用量的60％，温度控制在60～70℃，时间7h。结论]该方法反应条件温和，环氧值大小和产率较好。

Preparation of Epoxidized Rapeseed Oil on Carrier Catalyst

Objective] The epoxidization reaction conditions of rapeseed oil plasticizer were discussed by using carrier reagent as catalyst.Method] The optimum reaction conditions were determined by the orthogonal experiment.Result] The optimum conditions were as follows: the dose of carrier catalyst was 6% of rapeseed oil.The dose of hydrogen peroxide solution was 60%.The reaction temperature was 60-70 ℃.And the reaction time was 7 h.Conclusion] The reaction conditions of the method were mild.And the epoxy value and yield were better.
