县域低碳经济发展评价——以惠民县为例

从社会经济发展、资源低消耗、污染减排放和低碳自然环境4个方面构建了山东省惠民县低碳经济评价指标体系,选取1996、20002、005年数据,采用综合指数法对其进行评价。结果表明,1996～2005年,惠民县低碳经济建设虽然得到一定改善,但仍处于上升态势,属于高碳经济发展阶段。在分析评价结果的基础上,提出了建设低碳经济的对策建议。

Evaluation of Low-Carbon Economic Development in County Region

An index system was constructed for evaluating the low-carbon economy in Huimin County of Shandong Province from the four perspectives of social and economic development,low resource consumption,reduced pollution emissions and low-carbon natural environment,based on the data in 1996,2000 and 2005,the comprehensive index method was adopted for the evaluation of the low-carbon economy.The results indicated that,although the low-carbon economic construction in Huimin County has been improved during 1996 to 2005,but still in the upward trend and at the stage of high-carbon economic development.Based on the evaluation results,some suggestions were proposed for constructing low-carbon economy.
