峨参提取工艺的优化研究

摘    要:目的]研究从峨参中提取峨参内酯的最佳工艺。方法]采用超声波提取和回流提取方法,应用正交试验进行优化,以峨参内酯为指标性成分,通过高效液相法测定提取的峨参内酯含量。结粟]超声波提取法的最佳提取条件为甲醇量120ml,超声频率90Hz,超声时间30min;回流提取法的最佳提取条件为甲醇量60ml,回流温度65℃,回流时间90min。结论]初步掌握了提取时间、甲醇量和提取温度相互作用对峨参提取率的影响,且回流提取率优于超声波提取率。该工艺设计合理、稳定、可行,有较强的实用价值。
