摘    要:目的]研究在豇豆生长过程中施用啤酒糟型生物有机肥对豇豆光合特性的影响。方法]采用田间小区试验,共设4个处理,以自然堆肥+化肥处理、纯化肥处理作为对照,比较啤酒糟型生物有机肥和双效活性精致有机肥2种肥料对豇豆功能叶光合特性的影响。结果]在开花结荚期,啤酒糟型生物有机肥处理豇豆功能叶净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、叶绿素含量最高。结论]啤酒糟型生物有机肥能明显促进豇豆中后期功能叶净光合速率,提高叶绿素含量,但对功能叶气孔导度影响不大。

Effects of Brewers Spent Grains-typed Bio-organic Fertilizer on Cowpea Photosynthesis Characteristics

Abstract:Objective]The effects of brewer's spent grains-typed bio-organic fertilizer on cowpea photosynthesis characteristics were studied.Method]Field plot experiments were conducted which had four treatments including natural compost,pure chemical fertilizer,brewer's spent grains-typed bio-organic fertilizer,double effect exquisite bio-organic fertilizer.Result]Net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and content of chlorophyll of cowpea functional leaves were uppermost during flower buds.Conclusion]Brewer's spent grains-typed bioorganic fertilizer could increase net photosynthetic rate in later stage of cowpea growth,improve the content of chlorophyll of functional leaves,decrease transpiration rate,and it had little effect on stomata conductance of functional leaves.
