摘 要: | 目的]阐明Cr6+在植物种子萌发中的毒害作用及其毒害机制。方法]用含不同浓度(0、5、10、20、40、60、80、100mg/L)Cr6+处理大豆种子,研究铬对大豆种子的毒害作用。结果]大豆种子对低浓度(5~40mg/L)Cr6+具有一定耐受性,在高浓度下(60~100mg/L)随Cr6+浓度的增加,大豆种子的发芽率和发芽势明显受到抑制,且随浓度的增加,抑制作用加强,大豆种子含水量和胚轴质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性总糖含量,过氧化物酶(POD)活性不断增加。结论]Cr6+对大豆种子萌发具有一定影响。

Abstract: | The research aimed to study the effects of Cr6+ on the germination of soybean.Soybean seeds were processed with different concentrations of Cr6+(0,5,10,20,40,60,80,100 mg/L).The effects of Cr6+ on seed germination of soybean seeds were examined.The soybean seed may normally grow under the low concentration of Cr6+(5-40 mg/L).The soybean seed's sprouting rate and its germination potential obviously decreased under high concentration of Cr6+(60-100 mg/L).And with time's extension and concentration's increasing,the water content of soybean seeds,the hypocotyls membrane Permeability,the content of MDA,the content of pralines,the content of soluble sugar,POD activity gradually increased respectively. |
