中草药红茶菌的制备及其体内抗口蹄疫病毒活性

摘    要:目的]研究中草药红茶菌在动物体内对口蹄疫病毒复制的抑制作用。方法]选取健康猪20头,喷雾和口服中草药红茶菌3d后,进行O型口蹄疫毒株(猪O型O/China/99株鼠毒)攻毒试验;攻毒后,继续对猪群进行喷雾和口服给药,观察中草药红茶菌对攻毒猪的保护作用及体内抗口蹄疫病毒的作用。结果]攻毒结果显示,低剂量给药猪3/5保护,中剂量给药猪1/5保护,高剂量给药猪0/5保护:在低剂量给药条件下,攻毒保护效果优于中剂量和高剂量;从攻毒后的第1天到第7天,陆续从试验猪全血中检测到口蹄疫病毒,其中中草药红茶菌高浓度预防组猪的口蹄疫病毒的复制水平最高,中剂量组较低,低剂量组复制水平最低。结论]给药合适剂量的中草药红茶菌对猪体内的口蹄疫病毒具有一定的抑制作用。

Chinese Herbal Kombucha Preparation and Its Anti-viral Activity of FMDV in vivo

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study the inhibiton effet of the Chinese herbal Kombucha to foot-and-mouth disease virus in vivo. Method] 20 selected healthy swines with spraying and oral Chinese herbal Kombucha for 3 days were challenged with FMDV type O strains (strains of swine O-O/China/99 rat poison). After viral challenges, those swines were continued to offer spraying and oral administration of Chinese herbal Kombucha, the protective effect of Chinese herbal Kombucha for challenged swines and its anti-FMDV effects in vivo was oberseved. Result] Results showed that low-dose treatments of Chinese herbal Kombucha could offer 3/5 protection of challened swines, the mid-dose treatments of Chinese herbal Kombucha could offer 1/5 protection of challegend swine and high-dose treatments of Chinese herbal Kombucha could offer 0/5 protection of challenged swines. In the low dose treatments, its protection efficency is better than those of the mid- dose and high-dose treatments. FMDV were successively detected in whole blood from swines duing the first day to the seventh day after viral challegnes. The highest levels of FMDV replication were detected in high-dose treatments of Chinese herbal Kombucha, but with lower levels of FMDV replicahion in low-dose treatments and mid-dose treatments of Chinese herbal Kombucha. Conclusion] This indicates that administra- tion of the appropriate dose of Chinese herbal Kombucha has some inhition effects on FMDV in swine.
