超声法提取银杏叶黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了银杏叶黄酮类化合物的超声波法提取工艺(用水作为溶剂).超声波法提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声波频率为40KHz,超声波处理时间55 min,温度35℃,静置3 h,提取率达到81.9%.在此条件下,测其总黄酮含量为1.07%.定性试验和紫外光谱分析结果表明,银杏叶中的黄酮化合物主要为黄酮醇类.

Abstract:Extraction progress of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba Linn leaves by supersonic were studied.The optimum technical condition was 40 KHz,55 min,35 ℃ and static balance for 3 h.And the total flavone content could reach 1.07 %.According to qualitative experiment and UV spectroscopic analysis,the main flavone compound in Ginkgo biloba Linn was flavonol.
