摘    要:随机扩增的多态性DNA技术(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA,RAPD)是一项基于PCR技术上的DNA分子水平上的大分子检测技术.近几年来,RAPD技术在昆虫遗传多样性研究中的应用取得很大进展.就其在昆虫分类、昆虫分子生态学研究、害虫抗药性研究、作物抗虫方面、基因组图谱构建等的应用进行了综合论述,并指出RAPD技术的优点、缺点及对策.

Abstract:Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique is a new technology of DNA molecular marking which is based on PCR technique.In resent years,great progress has been made in the application of RAPD technique in insect genetic diversity.In this paper the classification,molecular ecology,resistance to agrochemical of insect,and the resistance of crop to pest,the construction of genomic mapping of insect were reviewed.The advantage and shortcoming in RAPD were discussed.
