摘    要:目的]筛选适宜猕猴桃枝条生根的植物生长调节剂。方法]用不同种类和不同浓度的植物生长调节剂处理"泰山一号"猕猴桃枝条,进行猕猴桃枝条生根试验。结果]当生根粉(ABT)浓度为2 000 mg/L时扦插生根率最高,为55.17%;当萘乙酸(NAA)浓度为750 mg/L时单株平均根数最多,为22.00条;当ABT浓度为750 mg/L时平均最长根长可达59.42 cm。结论]综合考虑,ABT2 000 mg/L诱导"泰山一号"猕猴桃枝条秋季生根的效果最好。

Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Rooting of Actinidia Cutting
Abstract:Objective] To select plant growth regulator suitable for rooting of actinidia cutting.Method] The cottage branches of "Taishan-1"actinidia were treated with plant regulators in different kinds and concentrations to conduct rooting test of actinidia cutting.Result] The treatment of 2 000 mg/L ABT can obtain the optimal effect,the rooting rate being 55.17%.The average rooting number of single plant was 22.00 under the treatment of 750 mg/L NAA.The longest root length was 59.42 cm under the treatment of 750mg/L ABT.Conclusion] In all,the best effect of inducing rooting of "Taishan-1" actinidia cutting is ABT 2 000 mg/L in autum.
