| 摘 要： | 目的]为合理使用吡虫啉农药提供科学依据方法]在田间条件下研究了10%WP吡虫啉不同浓度和喷药时间对枸杞多糖的影响，药剂浓度和喷药时间分别设置5个处理，药制浓度以清水为对照，3次重复：结果]吡虫啉的不同浓度和喷药时间对枸杞多糖含量有显著的影响．药后1、7、14d的多糖含量有依次增加的趋势．随着稀释倍数的增加，枸杞多糖有增加的趋势，稀释到2400倍液时枸杞多糖含量下降，但都高于清水对照，1200倍液和1800倍液的枸杞多糖含量较高：中午13：30喷药，枸杞多糖含量显著低于其他喷药时间，上午8：30、11：00和下午18：30喷药的枸杞多糖含量差别不大.结论]吡虫啉10％WP的喷药时间应选择上午8：30～11：00或下午16：00～18：30，药剂量应选择推荐剂量和1800倍液的剂量较为适宜.
