摘    要:目的]为合理使用吡虫啉农药提供科学依据方法]在田间条件下研究了10%WP吡虫啉不同浓度和喷药时间对枸杞多糖的影响,药剂浓度和喷药时间分别设置5个处理,药制浓度以清水为对照,3次重复:结果]吡虫啉的不同浓度和喷药时间对枸杞多糖含量有显著的影响.药后1、7、14d的多糖含量有依次增加的趋势.随着稀释倍数的增加,枸杞多糖有增加的趋势,稀释到2400倍液时枸杞多糖含量下降,但都高于清水对照,1200倍液和1800倍液的枸杞多糖含量较高:中午13:30喷药,枸杞多糖含量显著低于其他喷药时间,上午8:30、11:00和下午18:30喷药的枸杞多糖含量差别不大.结论]吡虫啉10%WP的喷药时间应选择上午8:30~11:00或下午16:00~18:30,药剂量应选择推荐剂量和1800倍液的剂量较为适宜.
