蛇莓对铝胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:目的]揭示铝毒和植物之间的关系,为筛选抗铝性强的野生植物提供理论基础。方法]用0、50、200、400、800mg/L的铝溶液处理沙培条件下的野生蛇莓,研究蛇莓对铝胁迫的生理生化响应。结果]0~200mg/L铝时,叶绿素含量升高,铝浓度继续升高,叶绿素含量显著降低。同一浓度时蛇莓叶绿素含量随铝处理时间延长而下降。随着铝浓度升高和处理时间延长,蛇莓MDA和游离脯氨酸含量持续上升。随着铝浓度升高,蛇莓根电导率先降低后升高。随着铝浓度升高或处理时间延长,蛇莓根系活力逐渐降低,处理60d时,50mg/L铝处理的根系活力与对照的差异显著。结论]铝浓度和处理时间对蛇莓生理生化特性都有显著影响。随着铝浓度升高,蛇莓MDA、Pro含量显著升高,叶绿素含量先升高后降低,根电导率先降低后升高。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study was to reveal the relationship between aluminum toxicity and plant so as to provide theoretical base for screening wild plants with strong aluminum resistance. Method] The wild Duchesnea indica under sand culture condition were treated with 0, 50, 200, 400 and 800 mg/L aluminum solutions to study the physiological and biochemical responses of D. indica to aluminum stress. Result] When aluminum concentration was 0-200 mg/L, the chlorophyll content increased; While aluminum concentration increased continuously, the chlorophyll content decreased significantly. Under the same concentration, the chlorophyll content in D. indica decreased along with the extending of treatment time with aluminum. Along with the increment of aluminum concentration and the extending of treatment time, the MDA and free proline contents in D. indica increased continuously. Along with the increment of aluminum concentration, the electrical conductivity in root of D. indica first decreased and then increased. Along with the increment of aluminum concentration or the extending of treatment time, the root vitality of D. indica decreased gradually. When the treatment lasted for 60 b, tbe root vitality in treatment with 50 mg/L aluminum bad significant difference from CK. Conclusion] Both aluminum concentration and treatment time had significant effects on the physiological and biochemical properties of D. indica. Along with the increment of aluminum concentration, the MDA and Pro contents in D. indica increased significantly, the chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased and the electrical conductivity in root first decreased and then increased.
