不同生理时期平菇多糖含量的比较研究

目的]分析不同生理时期平菇（Pleurotus ostreatus）多糖的含量。方法]测定了6个平菇菌种的液体菌丝体阶段、菌丝满料阶段、子实体与出菇结束废料中的多糖含量，并进行了比较，分析不同生理时期平菇多糖产量差异。结果]风尾菇四号与广温七号液体培养阶段多糖的含量最高，出菇结束的废料中也含有一定量的多糖，可以回收利用其中的多糖。结论]为进一步开发利用食用菌多糖的原料提供理论依据；
