| 摘 要： | 用蜂胶醇提物、蜂胶胶囊和蜂胶脂质体灌胃高血糖小鼠和正常小鼠,观察3种不同剂型蜂胶对正常小鼠血糖和高血糖小鼠体重、血糖和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,在蜂胶净含量相同的情况下,蜂胶脂质体在降血糖、减缓高血糖小鼠消瘦症状和提高其抗氧化能力的效果较好 而3种剂型蜂胶对正常小鼠的血糖均无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Normal and hyperglycemia mice received gastric perfusion treatment with ethanol extracts of propolis,propolis capsule and propolis liposome,then the effects of 3 different dosage forms of propolis on weight,blood glucose and antioxidant capacity of normal and hyperglycemia mice were observed.The results showed that under the same dosage of propolis,propolis liposome had good effects on reducing blood glucose,mitigate emaciation symptoms and improving antioxidant capacity of hyperglycemia mice,and the 3 dosa... |
