| 摘 要： | 监理在促进、保证工程质量中发挥了重要作用,但由于土地整理工程监理起步较晚,在行业标准及自身建设等方面存在这样那样的问题.该研究基于天津市土地整理项目工程监理实践,分析了其中存在的一些问题,如相关制度和技术规范不健全,项目承担单位对项目管理不够重视,监理单位管理水平和监理人员业务素质参差不齐等,据此提出了提高土地整理项目监理质量的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Supervision give full scope to project＇ s quality,but,there are still plenty of issues in trades criterion and development,because these trades are so young.Based on land consolidation project supervision in Tianjin,several existing problems were analyzed,such as the related rules and regulations is not perfect,the units undertaking projects do not pay enough attention to the project management,unit management level and service quality supervision is uneven,several suggestions for improving land consolidation project supervision were put forward. |
