| 摘 要： | 目的]探究不同外植体及激素对扎米叶愈伤组织诱导的影响。方法]采用正交试验方法,以不同部位扎米叶的叶片为外植体,进行较适外植体取材部位和较适愈伤组织诱导激素配比的筛选。结果]扎米叶成熟叶为较适外植体,以MS为基本培养基,添加6-BA2.0mg/L＋NAA0.4mg/L＋2,4-D0.2mg/L激素配比为较适配方。结论]探讨影响扎米叶愈伤组织诱导的影响因子,为扎米叶的生产和研究提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the effect of different explants and different hormones to induce callus of Zamioculcas zamiifolia.Method]By the orthogonal experimental design,using different parts of leaves as explants,the better explants and medium were selected.Result] The old leaves was the better explants and the favorite callus induction medium was MS+ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA.Conclusion] The influencing factors of callus induction of Zamioculcas zamifolia Rehd.were discussed,so as to provide scientific basis for the production and research of Zamioculcas zamifolia Rehd. |
