摘    要:多氯联苯由于具有持久性和亲脂性,在环境中广泛存在,其中土壤是其重要的库,对受多氯联苯污染土壤进行生物修复越来越受到重视。综述了生物修复多氯联苯污染土壤的研究进展,从生物修复主体角度论述了生物修复可能存在的类型和机理,并对目前生物修复技术应用于PCBs污染土壤所存在的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The polychlorinated biphenyls are ubiquitous in modern environment due to their persistence and hydrophobicity. Soil is an important reservoir for them, The importance of bioremediation is increasing in soil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls. In this paper the advance in bioremediation for soil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls was reviewed in detail, and the bioremediation modes and mechanism classified by the performers were summarized. And the problems of bioremediation application for soil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls were discussed also.
