摘    要:采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对东北地区杂草稻生态型以及普通水稻共15个样品进行亲缘关系的分析.所分析的10个随机引物共扩增出了93条DNA片段,其中多态性条带为36条,多态性比例为38.71%,利用93个RAPD标记,在MEGA2.1软件中,计算遗传距离,建立UPGMA聚类图.结果表明:RAPD分子标记可以将杂草稻与普通稻、杂草稻不同生态型之间分开;杂草稻之间形态相似、地理分布相近的物种聚类在一起.

Abstract:The genetic relationship of 15 varieties including weedy rice and cultivated rice in Northeast area was analyzed by RAPD.93 DNA fractions were amplified,among which 36 fractions were polymorphism,and the rate was 38.71%.The genetic distance was calculated.UPGMA was formed by 93 markers in MEGA2.1 soft ware.The results indicated that the weedy rice and cultivated rice,different biotypes of weedy rice could be separated by RAPD.The weedy rice with the similar characters and geographic distribution clustered together.
