7种木本豆科植物抗氧化酶活性研究

摘    要:对国槐、黄金槐、金叶槐、蝴蝶槐、毛刺槐、四倍体刺槐和香花槐等7种木本豆科植物抗氧化酶的活性进行了研究。结果表明:金叶国槐的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性均最高,但其他几种植物的SOD活性与POD活性大小不一致;槐属植物叶片的POD活性均高于刺槐属和香花槐属。抗氧化酶的活性在一定程度上可反映植物的抗逆性。

Abstract:The antioxidant enzyme activity in seven kinds of fabaceae plant such as Sophora japonica Linn.,S.japonica Golden,S.japonica Jinye,S.japonica var.oligophylla Franch.,Robinia hispida Linn.,R.pseudoacia Tetraploid Linn.and Cladrastis sinensis Hemsl were studied.The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in S.japonica Jinye were highest and the activities of superoxide dismutase in other six plants were not the same sequence as the activities of peroxidase.The activity of peroxidase in the leaf of Sophora plant was higher than that of Robinia and Cladrastis plant.The antioxidant enzyme activity could indicate the plants' resistant.
