摘    要:采用RAPD技术对丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇、亮绿蝇、紫绿蝇进行区分,并对反应体系和程序进行一系列优化,从中选出可以区分4种绿蝇的引物和特异性条带。RAPD技术为绿蝇的种类鉴定提供了一种全新的鉴定方法,成为形态学分类的一种有效的补充。

Abstract:RAPD technique was adopted to identify four species,such as Lucilia sericata,Lucilia cuprina,Lucilia illustris and Lucilia porphyrina.Reaction system and program were optimized,and primers and specific bands were selected to distinguish the above four species.RAPD technique became an effective supplement to morphological method as a new identification method.
