摘    要:目的]探索气相色谱法测定西瓜中苯醚甲环唑残留量。方法]以西瓜为试材,确立了苯醚甲环唑的保留时间、线性回归方程、相关系数及检出限,并测定了它们在样品中的回收率。结果]用该方法测定苯醚甲环唑线性关系良好,线性范围为0.1—10.0μg/ml,回收率在82%~90%。结论]气相色谱法测定西瓜中苯醚甲环唑残留量具有较好的准确度和精确度,是检测西瓜中苯醚甲环唑残留的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to explore determining difenoconazole residue in watermelon by SPE-GC/ECD method.Method] With watermelon as tested material,the retention time,linear regression equation,correlation coefficient,and detection limit of difenoconazole were established,then their recovery rates in watermelons were determined.Result]The results showed that difenoconazole had good linearity relation,the linear range was 0.1 - 10.0μg/ml and the recovery rates were in 82%- 90%.Conclusion]The SPE-GC/ECD method was effective to detect difenoconazole residue in watermelon with better accuracy.
