摘    要:目的]研究植物生长物质对百合鳞茎休眠的影响。方法]以百合品种"素雅"为试材,选用GA3、6-BA和CEPA配制成9种不同浓度的溶液,对百合鳞茎进行浸泡处理,观察不同处理鳞茎的发芽情况。清水处理为CK。结果]9种处理均有助于打破百合鳞茎的休眠,添加丙酮可以提高药效。其中GA350 mg/L+6-BA 100 mg/L+CEPA 100 mg/L的10%的丙酮溶液处理效果最佳,该处理百合鳞茎在20d时发芽率达到75%,明显高于CK(20%),处理30 d时发芽率达到90%,处理40 d时全部发芽,高于CK(50%)。结论]GA350 mg/L+6-BA 100 mg/L+CEPA 100 mg/L的10%的丙酮溶液最有助于打破"素雅"百合鳞茎的休眠,提高发芽率。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to study the effect of plant growth substance on the dormancy of lily bulb.Method] With lily variety Suya as tested material,its bulbs were soaked in 9 different concn.of solutions prepared with GA3,6-BA and CEPA and their germination status was observed,with the treatment with clear water as CK.Result] The 9 treatments all helpful to break the dormancy of lily bulb,and the drug effect could be increased by adding acetone into the solution.Among the treatments,the treating effect of the acetone solution of GA3 50 mg/L+6-BA 100 mg/L+CEPA 100 mg/L was the best,by which,the germination rate of lily bulb reached 75% after treating for 20 d,being obviously higher than that of CK(20%),and it reached 90% after treating for 30 d,and all the bulb could germinate after treating for 40 d,being higher than that of CK(50%).Conclusion] The acetone solution of GA3 50 mg/L+6-BA 100 mg/L+CEPA 100 mg/L was most helpful to break the dormancy of Suya lily bulb and increase its germination rate.
