摘    要:从花朵的选择、花粉粒的观察、去雄时间的对比、授粉技术的把握等方面对四棱豆杂交的关键技术进行了探索,找到了一条适合四棱豆杂交的技术路线,并利用RAPD技术进行了杂交一代的鉴定.研究结果表明:K0026×中翼1号杂交组合的杂交后代(F1)具备了母本和父本的各1条特异带.

Abstract:The key hybridization technology of winged bean was studied including flower selection,pollen observation and the best stage for emasculation.A suitable technology routes for hybridizing winged bean were found out.And the F1 hybrids were identified by RAPD.Result showed that the first offspring(F1) of K0026 and Zhongyi No.1 had the special bands of the male parent and the female parent.
