5％甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂的毒性研究

目的]检测5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂的急性毒性。方法]按《农药登记毒理学试验方法》(GB15670-1995)5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂进行大鼠急性经口、急性经皮、急性吸入毒性试验和家兔眼刺激、急性皮肤刺激试验以及豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验。结果]5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性试验结果均为低毒,对家兔眼黏膜大多有刺激作用,对家兔皮肤无刺激作用,均未引起豚鼠皮肤过敏反应。结论]为评价5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂的急性毒性提供了毒理学依据。

Study on Toxicity of 5 ％ Emamectin Benzoate Benzoate Water Dispersible Granules

Objective] To evaluate the acute toxicity of 5% emamectin benzoate benzoate water dispersible granules. Method ] Acute oral toxicity test, acute dermal toxicity test, acute inhalation toxicity on rats, eye and dermal irritation test on rabbits and skin sensitization test on emamectin benzoate benzoate water dispersible granules of 5 % preparations according to ＂Toxicological Test Methods of Pesticide for Registra- tion＂ （GB15670 - 1995 ）. Result] The acute oral, dermal and inhalation toxicity tests showed that all preparations belonged to low toxicity. Irritation test showed that all preparations had no irritation effect on skin of rabbits and had certain irritation effect on eyes of rabbits. Skin sen- sitization test showed no skin sensitization was caused by preparations. Conclusion] The study will provide toxicology basis for evaluating a- cute toxicity of 5% emamectin benzoate benzoate water dispersible granules.
