| Abstract: | The damaged employment rights of new generation of migrant workers in Henan Province were elaborated,the sources of generating these problems were analyzed.The ways for establishing and perfecting protection system were put forward from aspects of improving labor qualities,related laws and strengthening responsibility of related government. |
