摘    要:目的]研究赤霉素对青花菜叶片生理特性的影响。方法]以青花菜品种"早生绿"为材料,以清水处理为对照(CK),用不同浓度(50、100、150 mg/L)赤霉素(GA)喷施叶面,研究GA处理对青花菜叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量和酸性转化酶活性的影响。结果]在花序分化期,各GA处理青花菜叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和酸性转化酶活性均高于CK,处理间差异不显著;100 mg/L GA处理的叶片游离氨基酸含量高于CK,其余2个处理均低于CK。在现蕾期,50、100 mg/L GA处理的叶片可溶性糖含量显著高于CK;100、150 mg/L GA处理的叶片可溶性蛋白含量和酸性转化酶活性显著高于CK;GA各处理叶片游离氨基酸含量均低于CK;结论]GA处理可增加青花菜叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量。

Effect of Gibberellin on Physiological Characteristics of Broccoli Leaves
Abstract:Objective] The study was to research the effect of gibberellin on physiological characteristics of broccoli leaves.Method] With broccoli variety Zaoshenglv as the material and treatment with clear water as CK,the gibberellin(GA) with different concn.(50,100,150 mg/L)was taken to spray the foliage of broccoli,the effects of treatment with GA on the content of soluble sugar,soluble proten,free amino acids and the activity of acid invertase in broccoli leaves were studied.Result] In inflorescence differentiation stage,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble proten and the activity of acid invertase in broccoli leaves in all treatments with GA were all higher than that of CK,but the difference among treatments was not significant.The free amino acids content in broccoli leaves in the treatment with 100 mg/L GA was higher than that of CK,and those in the other 2 treatments were lower than that of CK.In squaring stage,the soluble sugar content in broccoli leaves of treatments with 50,100 mg/L GA were higher than that of CK.The soluble proten content and the activity of acid invertase in broccoli leaves in treatments with 100,150 mg/L GA were significantly higher than that of CK.The content of free amino acids in broccoli leaves in all treatments were all lower than that of CK.Conclusion] The treatment with GA could increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble proten in broccoli leaves.
