| 摘 要： | 目的]为紫花苜蓿外植体培养筛选最佳激素配比培养基。方法]分别以盛世无菌苗的下胚轴、子叶、叶片、叶柄、根为外植体。在MS附加不同激素配比的培养基上诱导愈伤组织，研究不同处理对愈伤组织诱导率的影响。结果]5种外植体均能诱导出愈伤组织，其中下胚轴的愈伤组织诱导率最高（达87．5％），且愈伤组织长势良好，其次为子叶〉叶柄〉叶片〉根；不同外植体愈伤组织的形成时间为下胚轴〉子叶〉叶柄和根〉叶片；2，4-D诱导愈伤组织的效果优于NAA.结论]2，4-D、NAA、6-BA和KT配合使用的培养基上形成的愈伤组织浅黄带绿，表面突起，松软，带簇状芽或单芽或形成胚状体.
