| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地金钗石斛茎的石斛碱含量。结果表明，贵州赤水产金钗石斛石斛碱含量最高（0．55％），罗甸产金钗石斛石斛碱含量最低（0．04％）；石斛碱在0．01～0．05μg范围内线性关系良好。

| Abstract: | Dendrobine content in Dendrobium nobile Rolfe from different areas was determined by RP-HPLC method. The results showed that dendrobine content in D. nobile from Chishui of Guizhou was the highest (0.65% ), and that in D. nobile from Luodian of Guizhou was the lowest (0.04% ). The linear relationship of dendrobine was good in 0.01 -0.05 μg. |
