| 摘 要： | 目的]研究辣椒碱对枸杞蚜虫的杀虫活性。方法]采用载毒叶片法室内测定辣椒碱12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0、62.5mg/L5个浓度系列对枸杞蚜虫的毒力。结果]随着浓度的增大,辣椒碱的杀虫活性显著增强,在浓度为12.5mg/L时枸杞蚜虫死亡率达到66.7%,当浓度为62.5mg/L时,试虫全部死亡。毒力回归结果表明,其LC50为13.21mg/L。说明辣椒碱具有良好的防除枸杞蚜虫的作用,可代替目前所使用的毒性大、残留量高的有机磷、除虫菊酯类化学农药。结论]该研究为辣椒碱作为新型绿色农药,防治枸杞蚜虫提供了理论依据。
