合肥地区西瓜枯萎病菌分化鉴定及部分西瓜材料抗病鉴定

摘    要:对来自合肥地区的 3个西瓜枯萎病菌菌株用浸根接种法进行了生理小种分化鉴定。结果表明 ,危害合肥地区西瓜生产的主要生理小种为 0号小种。用毒力更强的陕西三原菌株对 41份西瓜材料和 6个西瓜杂交一代品种进行了抗病鉴定 ,结果中抗材料 5份 ,高抗材料 10份 ;杂交品种中丰乐 3号为中抗 ,丰乐 5号、西农 8号为高抗。

Abstract:Three isolates from Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum were identified by root dip inoculation in Hefei in Anhui Province. Based on the reactions of three isolates on five different hosts, three isolates were classified into the same physiological race-race 0. The resistances of forty-one watermelon materials and six watermelon hybrids were identified with another isolate from Sanyuan in Shanxi Province. The results of the reaction showed that five of forty-one materials and one hybrid belonged to MR, and ten materials and two hybrids belonged to HR.
