摘    要:目的]研究氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉后家兔呼吸频率、体温和心率的变化规律。方法]以大耳白兔为研究对象,研究氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉对家兔呼吸频率、体温和心率的影响。结果]氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉10 min后,家兔呼吸频率下降50%,与麻醉前差异在0.05水平显著,此后呼吸频率呈缓慢下降趋势。麻醉后家兔体温开始下降,45 min后达到最低值(37.0℃),与麻醉前差异在0.05水平显著,此后体温略有上升。麻醉后家兔心率总体上呈降-升-降的趋势,20 min后家兔心率降至206次/min,此后心率有所升高,但麻醉45 min后心率又呈下降趋势。结论]氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉后,家兔呼吸频率、体温和心率均有所降低。该研究为生理试验中麻醉剂的选择提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to investigate the change laws of respiratory frequency,body temperature and heart rate of rabbits after anaesthesia with ethyl carbamate.Method] With Big-ear rabbit as tested objectives,the effects of anaesthesia with ethyl carbamate on respiratory frequency,body temperature and heart rate of rabbits were studied.Result] After the rabbits were made in anaesthesia with ethyl carbamate for 10 min,the respiratory frequency of rabbits decreased by 50% and had significant difference with that before anaesthesia.Then the respiratory frequency showed a slowly decreasing trend.After anaesthesia with ethyl carbamate,body temperature of rabbits began to decrease,reached the minimum(37.0 ℃) after 45 min and had significant difference with that before anaesthesia,and then body temperature increased slightly.As a whole the heart rate of rabbits showed a trend of decreasing-increasing-decreasing after anaesthesia,decreased to 206 times/min after anaesthesia for 20 min,and then increased.But it showed a decreasing trend after anaesthesia for 45 min.Conclusion] After anaesthesia with ethyl carbamate,the respiratory frequency,body temperature and heart rate of rabbits were all decreased.The research provided reference basis for the choice of anesthetics in physiological experiment.
