南瓜萌发期和幼苗期耐盐性鉴定指标研究

摘    要:目的]分析不同盐分处理下南瓜幼苗生长情况,确定合适的南瓜耐盐鉴定评价指标。方法]采用盐碱土胁迫试验,研究0、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%7个不同盐分处理下南瓜品种出苗时间、相对出苗率、相对株高、相对真叶面积及相对子叶面积的变化。结果]土壤盐分浓度为0.6%时,南瓜出苗时间明显延迟,出苗率大幅降低。7个处理间相对真叶面积、相对株高平均降幅为9.8%和8.7%,降幅明显。低盐分含量(0.2%)抑制南瓜子叶生长。结论]相对真叶面积、相对株高可以作为南瓜耐盐鉴定指标。0.6%可以作为土壤盐分胁迫下南瓜萌发期耐盐鉴定浓度。

Research on Salt Tolerance Index during Germination and Seedling Period of Pumpkin

Abstract:Objective] Seedling growth of pumpkin under salt stress was analyzed to determine appropriate salt concentration and evaluation indicators of pumpkin.Method] Saline-alkali soil stress of seven salt concentration(0,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6%,0.7%) were adopted to study pumpkin seedling emergence time,the relative germination rate,relative plant height,relative leaf area of different pumpkin breeds.Result] In 0.6%,seedling emergence time significantly delayed and relative germination rate greatly reduced.Among the seven treatments,the relative true leaf area and relative plant height significantly reduced on average by 9.8% and 8.7%.Low salt content(0.2%) inhibited the growth of pumpkin cotyledons.Conclusion] The relative leaf area and relative plant height could be used as a index on identification of salt-tolerant pumpkin.0.6% could be salt concentration of identification of pumpkin germination under soil salinity stress.
