摘    要:采用3种方法分离杏、桃等核果类树种的基因组DNA,比较了其分离效果。并以此为模板进行RAPD反应,调整RAPD反应体系组成和热循环条件,以进行该树种的系统分类研究。

Abstract:Three methods were adopted to isolate genomic DNAs of stone fruit trees,such as apricot and peach.The results show that one of them is more effective. We have got the suitable conditions of RAPD system with the DNAs as template,which will be helpful to classify the species and cultivars of stone fruit trees.
