| 摘 要： | 影响土地价格的因素主要有一般因素和区域因素。这些因素是普遍存在的影响因素,但具体到某个城市、某一区域可能存在影响地价的特殊因素。本文分析了泰山山体景观对住宅用地地价影响,从而对研究特殊因素对地价影响提供了思路和借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | The influencing factor of the land price can be mainly classified as the general factors and the regional ones.These factors are ubiquitous,but it is possible that there are some special factors which influence the price of land used for housing in certain area or certain city.This paper analyses the influence of the Landscape of Mount Tai to the price of land used for housing.It is also providing a sample for studying of the special factor that impact on price of land. |
